  We have come here quite alot and have notice quality has gone down dramatically. The last 3 times we have come in early to order the 12oz Butcher block and yep again they are out??? Before dinner time on a Saturday?? I love perfect Margaritas and it took 15 minutes to get our drinks and this Did Not taste good and only filled glass once????? Needless to say we didnt order food and left very disappointed. NOT what it used to be thats for sure!!!!!

  Okay I really Like Applebees, last night was very disappointing Our waitress was very nice and personal at first after we were done with our meal she seems to want us out of there.
  Let me just say they were not busy at all. We really just wanted to chat for a while after our meal. Like I said the we're very slow.
  We got there about 5:30 and by the time we got our food ( which my shrimp was burnt and fries were cold.) I could eat it......it was fine I didn't need fries.
  The worst happen when our waitress came to our table and thanked us for staying at our table, because she was only there to socialize not to make money. She went on to say people asked her to take more tables and she tells them " no I am here just to be with people not for the money". I was shocked she was very smiley and thanked us again.
  Let me say it was only 7:30.
  If Applebees doesn't us to sit and talk after our meals the should post it at the door or when they sit you at your table, they should tell you you are only allowed 1 hour to sit and eat, then you have to leave.
  I will not be going to our Applebees in Wisconsin Rapids again.

  We just moved to Wisconsin Rapids and after reading all the negative Google reviews we were a little hesitant to try the Applebee's here in town, but after some debate we decided we would have to go and see for ourselves. Good thing we did! We were seated right away. Our waiter, Chee, came to the table within a minute or so after opening our menus. Our drinks and appetizers came out quickly. Chee was awesome, he even helped me decide between 2 menu choices I was considering and he was right. The 4 cheese Macaroni and chicken tenders was so good and my husband loved the steak he got. He is very particular on his steak and the way it's cooked and he was satisfied so that alone deserves a 5 star. I don't know what all the critical reviews are about but there definitely seems to be a discrepancy in the service we got tonight (on a Saturday nonetheless) and the poor experience others have had. We will definitely be coming back to this Applebee's in the future.
