  Linens were stained. Some food was good, some undercooked, some overcooked. A couple of the servers were inattentive and a bartender was outright rude. Leaving old entertainment centers with a flat screen on top is out of place and cheap and the serving trays for the room service were horribly dented and scuffed. For a "higher end" hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. That said, the room was cleaned well, we were able to check in early, and room service was delivered on time.

  Room was amazing. Friendly staff. Excellent pool and hot tub. Needs more ventilation in the pool room though, eyes were burning soon after entering

  The building is beautiful and welcoming. The Grand Avenue and Pub has a great selection of food as well as many beverages to pair with. Friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable and a sense of belonging. Definitely will be back!
